We have a big week coming up!

Many of our students' classrooms are changing on Tuesday, September 29th. We are sending positive thoughts for every child and teacher as they navigate this change, reset relationships, and step into new chapters.

Friendly reminder: School fields closed until programs are done each day 

For student safety, our school fields are closed until after school programs and sports are complete each day. 

 

Please complete CNEEB form

Have you completed the CNEEB application? I’m asking all families to complete the application before Oct. 1. It's used to help decide how money is distributed across the school district, including our school. It can also impact families directly by reducing fees for athletics, Beyond the Bell and Club B, and college applications. Complete CNEEB form. 

 

Vision and hearing tests start soon 

This fall, our school will conduct vision and hearing tests during the school day for students in kindergarten and grades 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7.

If further care is recommended, our school nurse will send referrals home; they can also support families by finding follow-up resources.

If your child is in a grade not on the test schedule this year, you may request vision and hearing tests.

After school program reminders 

If your child participates in Beyond the Bell or Club B, we are thrilled to welcome them to the program! Here are some reminders that will help the day run smoothly:

• Please pack a snack for your child to have during their after school program. 

• Please be sure to pick up your child by 5:20 

• Have you completed the CNEEB application? If not, please do so by Oct. 1. It could help reduce your fees for session 2 of Beyond the Bell and Club B. Complete CNEEB form.
